Hi everyone, I wanted to introduce myself as the new owner of Movers & Groovers. I am Helen Rose, I have been attending Movers & Groovers for over 6 years as well as teaching the Thursday class this year. Heres a slightly old picture of my family. Hubby Matt & my kids Tamsin (7), Noah (5) and Koby (3). For the Thursday class it will be business as usual next term. For the other classes it will be business as usual but with a new teacher! I am looking forward to meeting you all, please bear with me while I try & learn all the news names!!
